Maxwell Armenta is a Senior Civil Engineer in the Wastewater Process Engineering and Asset Management group at East Bay MUD. Max received his undergraduate degree from UCLA in 2017 and his master's degree from the University of Washington in 2019. Max is a registered California civil engineer. He is an active leader in both the CWEA San Francisco Bay Section and Region 9 of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
