Heidi Birdsell is the Laboratory Supervisor at Dublin San Ramon Services District and was named the 2023 CWEA Laboratory Person of the Year. With over 20 years of laboratory experience, she has been a key leader in helping water labs navigate the complexities of the updated ELAP regulations. In addition to her technical expertise, Heidi is actively engaged in the lab community—organizing impactful training sessions, connecting professionals with subject matter experts, and fostering collaboration across the state.
