Rozine Kalaidjian serves as the Senior Management Analyst II for the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering. She possesses over 25 years of experience with the City of Los Angeles. Rozine holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Public Administration. Additionally, she is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.

Her management portfolio for the department is comprehensive, covering training, on-campus recruitment, safety, emergency preparedness, office services, and purchasing. Rozine also leads the department’s Technical Training Committee, which delivers various training opportunities throughout the department. She is dedicated to providing outstanding leadership and ensuring that all employees are provided with professional growth opportunities.
