I have more than 34 years of experience in the management and development of long-range and mid-range plans for water and wastewater utilities; and the planning, design, and construction services for water and wastewater facilities including treatment plants, pumping stations, and pipelines.

I believe in contributing to successes at work, in my professional organizations, and in my personal life. I sincerely enjoy sharing my knowledge and experiences to help others grow in their professional skills. I believe my clients benefit from this team dynamic. I also believe our collaborative efforts help sustain our industry.
