Thomas Hoffman is a Project Manager and Team Leader in HDR's Folsom, CA office and registered Professional Engineer in the State of California and State of Nevada. He has more than 10 years experience providing project management, design, condition assessment, and planning, and has been part of over 50 pipeline and pump station projects ranging from 4 to 120 inches in diameter and flows up to 105 MGD. Tom has a Bachelor's degree from Villanova University and a Master's degree from Marquette University.
