Tom Weiland is a registered Civil Engineer in the State of California and is currently a Supervising Engineer at the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts in the Water Reclamation Plants Section. He has 38 years of experience in the design of water resource recovery facilities, regulatory compliance, and operations. Most recently, he has focused on implementing advanced aeration control, process optimization, and facility improvements.
