Raluca Constantinescu, PE, PMP (she/her/hers)

Ms. Constantinescu has 25 years’ experience as a project manager and SCADA engineer. She is an advocate of high-quality and efficient design. Raluca blends hands-on plant experience from a variety of projects at IEUA with a solid theoretical background in control systems. Her recent IEUA project management assignments include the Control System Standards Update initiative and the RP-1 DeviceNet Replacement project.

Raluca is coauthor of Standards for Automation of Water Resource Recovery Facilities, WEF 21-24. Ms. Constantinescu holds PE and PMP licenses and an IEEE certificate in Metrics for Smart Cities.

In her free time Raluca enjoys reading; hiking with her husband Kevin and golden retriever Henry; going to theater, and art museums with Kevin and their friends.
