My Name is Ryan Singer, I am the Construction Manager for Walsh Construction on the San Jose-Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility's Digested Sludge Dewatering Facility Design-Build Project. I have been on this project from the beginning preliminary services, design, construction and comissioning of the facility with Black and Veatch as the Engineer of Record, and working in conjunction with the City of San Jose team.
