Helen Luu earned her B.S. degree from UCLA. She is currently a Senior Industrial Waste Inspector for the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, where she has worked for over 13 years. She leads the Inflow and Infiltration (I&I) Reduction Program, overseeing investigations, data analysis, and field activities aimed at identifying and mitigating sources of stormwater and groundwater intrusion into the sanitary sewer system.
