Gary Spangler is the Control and Electrical Systems Manager with the Sacramento Area Sewer District and oversees a workforce of technical and field staff in supervisory and non-supervisory positions that are responsible for the 24/7 operation and maintenance of the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility in Elk Grove, CA. Gary is a licensed certified electrician with the State of California, Electrical and Instrumentation Grade 4 certified with CWEA, and has nearly 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industries.
