Dr. Jesmani is a senior water and wastewater process engineer with over 14 years of experience in industrial and municipal treatment projects, supporting design projects with budgets up to $9 million and design-build projects up to $1.5 billion. She has led the development and oversight of preliminary design reports, design plans and specifications, cost estimates, and construction schedules. As a Water Reclamation Discipline Leader and Project Technical Leader, she directs and coordinates multidisciplinary teams across electrical, I&C, structural, civil, geotechnical, architectural, plumbing, HVAC, and process mechanical disciplines. Her expertise includes wastewater treatment plant expansions and rehabilitations, as well as the design and construction of new facilities encompassing water reclamation, advanced water treatment, and PFAS treatment.
