Before leading JCI's Bionergy and Water market development efforts in the West region, Peter was President of Stepwell Water Consulting, a small water and wastewater business development and project development firm he founded in 2017. There, he helped water and wastewater start up technologies commercialize and later focused on biogas project development in the utility, dairy, and food waste spaces. Before Stepwell, Peter was North America Editor of Global Water Intelligence, a water and wastewater industry market intelligence magazine based in Oxford, UK where he covered everything from emerging utility project finance structures to the rise and fall of water technology and service providers large and small. His passion throughout all roles has been figuring out how to turn waste into gold.
