With over a decade of hands-on experience in Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability across heavy industry and manufacturing, Logan brings that expertise to MaxGrip where we help manufacturers improve asset performance through strategic maintenance and reliability consulting.

With a background that includes leading material handling system design for Tesla’s first-of-its-kind lithium refinery, management of large-scale capital projects, maintenance turnarounds, engineering upgrades, development and implementation of standardized documentation and reliability improvements to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and eliminate repeat failures.

Earlier in his career at Tenaris, Logan lead the maintenance team responsible for the most efficient global heat treatment line in less than 3 years of operation, developing maintenance programs, conducting root cause analyses, and delivering custom technical training. Across every role, Logan's focus has been on practical, data-driven solutions that enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and support long-term operational success.
