Lead Wastewater Collections System Worker III

I am a wastewater operations leader with 19 years of experience in municipal collections systems, currently serving with Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD). I provide day-to-day leadership for field operations by coordinating crews, prioritizing preventive maintenance and emergency response, and ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition to my operational role, I serve as a Project Manager, overseeing planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure and maintenance projects from initiation through completion. My leadership experience includes acting in a supervisory capacity, managing personnel, supporting management with operational improvements, and previously serving as Interim Wastewater Collections System Superintendent.
I am known for leading by example, developing staff, and maintaining a strong safety culture. With extensive knowledge of Cal/OSHA standards, emergency response, and system operations, I am committed to protecting public health, supporting team success, and delivering reliable wastewater services through accountable and effective leadership.
