Anir is a seasoned wastewater engineer and project manager with more than 20 years of experience in all phases of planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities in both the public and private sector. Anir continues to find innovative ways to successfully implement and manage capital projects and programs at large water and wastewater facilities to help strengthen California's water resilience. Anir is also actively involved in CWEA and is a board member at the local and State level.
