Seppi graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Master's in Environmental Engineering and has been at Brown and Caldwell for 14 years; specializing in nutrient removal planning and design. He works with team's of engineers to help clients find novel process solutions to address the changing regulatory landscape. For the City of Hayward project, he helped with the process design and was also the project engineer, helping from planning and design and will contine on during construction. For the Silicon Valley Clean WAter project, he stepped in as the design manager to help facilitate the design work and get the project bid on time.
