Michele Rodriguez is a workforce development strategist and instructional design expert with over a decade of experience supporting public utility agencies in building resilient, future-ready teams. She specializes in designing leadership development programs, compliance training, and strategic learning initiatives that address the evolving needs of water and wastewater organizations.
Michele is currently focusing on leadership development projects, where she helps shape curriculum that enhances technical, soft skills and leadership capabilities across operations, maintenance and engineering teams. Her work with Ridgecresta Inc. includes collaborating with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) and Summit Partners (CWEA, CASA, Clean Water SoCal, BACWA, and CVCWA) to develop statewide training resources aligned with General Order 2022-0103-DWQ. Michele has led the creation of instructional videos, hands-on field training, and strategic roadmaps that support regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Known for her engaging facilitation style and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable learning experiences, Michele is a sought-after speaker and advisor in the utility training space. Her sessions empower participants with tools, strategies, and insights that drive performance, leadership growth, and organizational impact.
