She has a BS and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Alicia is currently working with the City of San Jose and is located at the San Jose- Santa Clara Regional Wastewater Facility. Alicia has been with the City for the past 14 years and is a Principal Engineer overseeing projects that are within the biosolids area of the Regional Wastewater Facility.
