Andrew Schmalenbach has been part of the Sacramento Area Sewer District’s Process Support Group for more than ten years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California. His work emphasizes process optimization, field studies, and pilot testing, with a hands-on approach.
