Tyler Estrada is a civil staff engineer at Black & Veatch with almost ten years of professional experience. Tyler has experience in water and wastewater planning, design, and construction. This includes resilience and energy/resource planning, permitting, pipeline design, treatment and conveyance system design, construction services, inspection/field support, and conceptual cost estimating. Tyler supported preliminary design and construction engineering services for the Digested Sludge Dewatering Facility.
