Ed Quigley is an Assistant Project Manager with Walsh Construction. Ed has more than five years of experience in the wastewater treatement industry including construction management of structures, pipelines, pump stations, and other facilities, as well as collaborative design and project delivery methods. Ed received a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and is currently pursuing PE licensure in California.
