David Donovan is the Water Resourced Recovery Manager for the City of Hayward. David has 15+ years of experience in the wastewater industry with 10 years as the plant manager for the City of Hayward.
David graduated from the University of California, Davis with Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial and Resource Economics – Business Management.
David resides in Walnut Creek, CA with partner Alana, and two children, Stella and Clara.
