James Kohne

James Kohne is a Project Manager at Woodard & Curran with over 15 years of experience managing and executing infrastructure projects in CA and internationally. He is NASSCO-certified and serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern California Pipe Users Group.

James specializes in pipeline and pump station projects, including condition assessments, design and rehabilitation of gravity and pressure pipelines (with expertise in trenchless technologies), odor control solutions, and pump station evaluations and design. He brings extensive experience in preparing contract documents, developing cost estimates and project schedules, and providing Capital Improvement Program recommendations.

Known for his collaborative approach, James effectively leads project teams, manages subconsultants, and works closely with clients to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. His deep understanding of project management tools and techniques supports successful project delivery from planning through execution.
