Robert Englent currently serves as the Wastewater Collection System Superintendent for the City of Modesto, bringing over 30 years of experience in the wastewater industry. Since 2001, he has held a CWEA Collection System Technologist, Grade IV certification, and contributes to the CWEA Technical Certification Program for both Collection Systems Maintenance and Mechanical Maintenance.

He has delivered numerous technical presentations at major industry events, including the CWEA Annual Conference, WEFTEC, APWA, the Northern Regional Conference, and the Lucity CMMS Annual Conference.
