Charles Grady is a Laboratory Supervisor at the Inland Empire Utilities Agency with over 40 years of experience in environmental laboratories. His career includes extensive work in wastewater, soil, and drinking water analysis, with a strong emphasis on gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC/MS) systems. Charles also spent two years as a service engineer repairing GC and GC/MS instruments, gaining valuable technical insight that enhances his laboratory management and troubleshooting skills.
