Hello my name is Nolan Weathers, I am the Collections System Technician at Napasan and I hold a Collection System Maintenence Grade 3 certificate. I started my career in wastewater in December 2017 at Napa Sanitation District. I started as a Collection Worker in Training and worked my way up through the ranks until I made it to my current position as the Collections System Technician. As the Collections System Technician I am responsible for the dispatching and processing of all the work performed by Napasan's Collection Crew, and I also play a part in reporting to CIWQS and performing GIS edits.
