Mitzi Minamide is an Associate Engineer with the City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Sanitation, Water Recycling Implementation Division and has 20+ years of engineering experience in wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, advanced water treatment, as well as work in the aerospace industry. She received her Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
