Andrae Rauch is a licensed Senior Control Systems Engineer with TJC and Associates, Inc., bringing over 24 years of experience in industrial instrumentation, system integration and control system software and hardware design. He specializes in the water and wastewater sectors and focuses on delivering industry-standard, client-focused, simple, and robust system solutions to meet real-world needs.

Andrae excels in application software design, development, and commissioning of industrial control systems, including PLC programming, SCADA applications, motion control, machine control, and electrical substation and switchgear monitoring. He has extensive programming and commissioning experience with traditional PLCs and SCADA software, and hands-on experience with distributed control systems.

Andrae has led numerous successful projects throughout Northern California, concentrating on capital improvement project control system design, specifications, engineering services during construction and software application development, testing and commissioning.
