Andy Lee has over thirty years of experience in wastewater research and operations, water resources engineering, and the application and implementation of enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS). His project experience includes odor and corrosion control in large-scale wastewater treatment plants and collection systems, air emissions control for composting facilities, enterprise GIS system development, and risk assessment of sewer collection systems.

Andy has been a frequent presenter at professional conferences, including CWEA, WEFTEC, WEF Specialty Conferences, and others. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from UCLA. Andy is a Registered Civil Engineer in California.
