Gavin Glascott is an associate engineer at Napa Sanitation Disitrct with six years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. After earning a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley (Go Bears!), he began his career at East Bay MUD before joining NapaSan, where he's spent the past four years working across a wide range of capital projects.

At NapaSan, Gavin has led and supported several collection system rehabilitation projects utilizing CIPP lining and pipe bursting methods, with experience in the planning, design, and construction management of the rehab projects. Gavin's work has also included pump station upgrades, treatment plant improvements, recycled water meter installations, development plan reviews, ongoing asset management, and of course, other duties as assigned.
