OCT Water Quality Academy

Operator Certification Training Water Quality Academy — OCTWQA – was founded in 1987 by Robert Funk to address the need for formalized training for state Water Plant, Water Distribution, Wastewater Plant, and Collection System operators.

OCTWQA features a full menu of training/education services; operations seminars, workshops and certification review sessions for water and wastewater operator personnel nationwide utilizing a network of highly qualified, contract instructors.
